On page 528, there is a passage describing Marie-Laure's grandson playing a video game. Which could be interpreted as a world within a world. Earlier in the book there was a short description of the life it the grotto, and how the animals living on top of each other were worlds within worlds. There was yet another occurrence of this where Marie-Laure comments on how the mind is a universe within a universe. Do you believe that this is an intentional underlying theme of the book, or a cosmetic similarity that a reader could interpret as a theme?
